Arukah massage and wellness exists to help clients decrease the negative effects of stress, restore balance and encourage wholeness in their lives.
The Hebrew word Arukah means restoring to soundness or wholeness. Biblically it has been translated to mean health, not just physical wellness, but health that encompasses the whole person. Arukah massage and wellness is designed to provide a quiet, healing atmosphere for the chronically stressed body, constantly active mind and overly tired soul. Through the combination of bodywork techniques each client receives a custom therapeutic experience. In order to protect your health only oragnic and non-GMO lotions and oils are used. During each session education in general health principles, nutrition and basic exercise relevant to a person’s current health condition or concern can also be incorporated, making each session uniquely special.
Bringing over 35 years of nursing experience into my practice provides a clinical perspective to the art of healing through touch. Encouraging people to rejuvenate physically, reenergize mentally and renew spiritually is the foundation of my business philosophy.
