I am thrilled to bring over 35 years of nursing experience into my bodywork practice.  Having seen first hand the debilitating effects of long term stress (physical and emotional) on the body and the body's ability to heal itself when given the proper environment I am convinced that massage, craniosacral and cupping therapies are important tools in health maintenance and recovery.  The massage suite has a quiet inviting atmosphere including soft music, a comfortable table, warm blankets, salt lamp and subdued lighting. Each session is uniquely designed to fit the clients needs so that relaxation can occur and the healing process be enhanced.  Hot stones and aromatherapy with essential oils are available with every massage with no additional up-charge.
